Elemental Portal is a high-integrity container designed for the exploration of movement and nervous system regulation. An immersive 3-hour session where physical theatre mastery and somatic facilitation converge to release accumulated tension and mobilize vital energy.

This container offers a structured practice of direction and presence—a deliberate experience in physical precision, supported by high-level sound curation.

The Method: A Five-Phase Sequence

Our methodology follows a regulation arc designed to guide the participant from subtle perception to high-intensity expressive mobilization. Each phase is led by a live multi-instrumental soundscape, created to interact with the energy and pulse of the group in real-time.

🌿 The Initiation: Sensory Priming (Cacao)

We begin by reducing mental noise. Through the intentional use of Cacao, we prime the senses and establish a clear presence. This is our foundation: the moment to ground ourselves in the technical direction of the work ahead.

🌬️ AIR: Breath & The Compass

Movement begins in the subtle. Drawing from Polyvagal Theory, we use conscious respiratory control to signal safety to the nervous system. Supported by wind instruments, you will connect with your internal compass and the micro-movements of your anatomy.

💧 WATER: The Art of Fluidity

Rigidity begins to yield. Guided by the principles of Physical Theatre (Grotowski & Chekhov), we unlock the joints and explore the fluid architecture of the body. The music flows melodically, allowing you to navigate the space with efficiency and release tensional load through organic movement.

🔥 FIRE: Vital Mobilization

The pulse intensifies. We transition into the stage of vital heat and expressive power. Inspired by Tribal Dance Therapy, this is a high-energy mobilization designed to process stagnation. Rhythmic percussion drives this peak, providing a structured space for the activation of vital force.

🌱 EARTH: Celebration & Integration

We bring the energy down to a solid base. This is the climax: a high-vibration celebration of shared presence. After reaching the peak, we facilitate a deliberate down-regulation. The music softens into a deep stillness, allowing the experience to be processed and integrated by the system.

This container is co-created and held by Sebastian Newentu, Fitoplancstone, and Kike Amaru. Together, we integrate therapeutic facilitation and musical mastery to ensure a potent and resonant experience.
