Songs of the Enchanted Birds
A Historic Encounter with the Noke Kuin
The First Journey Outside the Amazon
We are honored to invite you to a night of healing and profound connection at Solseed, Pisac. For the first time in history, three Txanás (traditional singers and musicians) from the Noke Kuin people have left their home in the deep rainforest of Acre, Brazil, to share their wisdom with the world. This event represents a unique opportunity to receive the sonic medicine of a culture that has guarded the secrets of the forest for millennia.
The Songs of the Enchanted Birds
The music you will experience is more than art; it is ancestral medicine. The Txanás will share the sacred chants that, according to their tradition, were taught to their people by the enchanted birds of the forest. These are melodies of celebration, joy, and spiritual cleansing that transport us directly to the heart of the Amazon.
During the evening, the musicians will also be sharing sacred Rapé medicine for those who wish to connect more deeply with the spirit of the forest and the intention of the gathering, within a space of mutual respect and care.
Healing with Purpose: Sustaining Families and Culture
This concert is an event with a clear mission: to support and sustain these families. All proceeds will go directly toward helping the musicians and their loved ones, as well as funding the construction of cultural spaces in Samahuma Village, Acre, Brazil. These centers are vital for the Noke Kuin people to continue practicing their traditions, teaching their youth, and protecting their heritage.
By attending, you are not only participating in a transformative experience but also contributing directly to the cultural survival of a community that protects one of the most important lungs of our planet.
